Coin Laundry (“we”, “us”) runs the laundromat at 1925 Madison Square Blvd, La Vergne, TN 37086, and this website. This page explains what information the website collects and what we do with it. Short version: very little, and only to serve you.
What we collect
Pickup requests. If you fill in the pickup form we receive your name, mobile number, pickup address, approximate load size, preferred day and any notes you add. We use this only to arrange your pickup and delivery and to contact you about that order. The form is processed by Netlify, our website host, and stored in our Netlify account.
Calls and texts. If you call or text us, your number appears on our phone like any other call. We do not add you to marketing lists.
Analytics. If you accept the cookie notice, we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people use. IP addresses are anonymized. If you decline, no analytics cookie is set and the site works exactly the same. You can change your choice by clearing your browser's site data.
Language preference. Choosing English or Español is remembered in your browser's local storage so the site opens in your language next time. This never leaves your device.
Hosting logs. Like every website, our host records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time) for security and to keep the site running. We do not use these to identify you.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent or trade your information.
- We do not send marketing texts or emails unless you ask us to.
- We do not collect payment information on this website. All payment happens in person.
- We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Who else sees it
Netlify (website hosting and form handling), Google (analytics if accepted, and the map and directions links, which are subject to Google's own privacy policy), and our phone carrier for calls and texts. We share nothing beyond what those services need to work.
How long we keep it
Pickup requests are kept for as long as needed to complete the order and for our records, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your request at any time.
Your choices
You can use the whole site without the form, without accepting analytics, and without giving us any information at all. To ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted, call or text (615) 886-0469 or visit the store.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
