Questions we get a lot
Do the machines take cards?
No. The machines are coin-operated. There is a change machine and an ATM inside, so you do not need to bring quarters.
How late can I start my last load?
Start your last wash about an hour before closing so it has time to finish.
Are you open 24 hours?
No. Weekdays we are open 7:30 AM to 10:00 PM, and Saturday and Sunday 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Full hours are above.
How much is wash and fold?
$1 per pound. Detergent is not included. Comforters, blankets and oversized items are priced separately.
Do you have machines big enough for a king comforter?
Yes. The large-capacity washers handle comforters, quilts and king-size bedding, and the big dryers finish them.
Can I just use the dryers if I washed at home?
The dryers are for customers washing here, so they stay available for people running a full wash and dry. Ask the attendant if you have a special situation.
Is there an attendant?
Yes, during the busiest hours. Staff can help with machines, make change, answer questions and take drop-off orders. If something goes wrong, tell whoever is working or text (615) 886-0469.
Is there parking?
Free parking. We share the lot with the rest of the shopping center, so there is more room than the spaces right at the door.
What if a machine takes my money?
Tell the attendant or text (615) 886-0469 with the machine number. Nobody should pay for a wash they did not get.
Do you do laundry for businesses?
Yes. Towels, linens, uniforms and shop rags for salons, gyms, restaurants and short-term rentals, with regular pickup and delivery. Text for volume pricing.
